The postal savings bearer as "sleepers" are those on which the savings were not made of cash in the last 10 years.

Contrary to what happens to the banks, required mandatory reporting to the city prior to the closing of a savings account, the Post Office does not have such obligations.
Post offices are not required to give prior notice to the closure of accounts dormant. So we invite citizens who hold savings accounts to verify, before August 25, 2008, the state of their savings deposited in postal savings to the bearer, to avoid the cancellation of the books and the loss of funds deposited.
